I am a multiple dog owner and I love my dogs looking great. I started making my own dogs collars a few years ago and gradually friends and family kept asking "Where are you buying these collars, we love them"! So I decided to launch my own collar making business. 

I love working with biothane because it's such a clean product.  You simply clean down with soapy water and a micro fibre cloth. 

Please note that the oils in dogs coats can make the biothane stiffen over time, and then its time for a new collar. 

I will do the 14 days free return policy and refund money as long as the collar is returned in the same condition it was sent out, and has not been worn.  If it comes back damaged no refund. 

If you have ordered the wrong size, the correct size can be sent back out to you with in 14 days of purchase.  

Dogs can be quite brutal on collars and can easily damage them.  Therefore I can not give returns or money back after 14 days of wearing them.

I can custom make collars for you also, so if you do not see the size you want, please email and I will endeavour to make a collar for you with the sizes you would like.

Measuring dog's necks is not always simple as some breeds have more loose skin, and others their neck width is the same as their heads and collars will slip off.   

For breeds with loose skin you must have a tight collar.

For breeds with neck sizes the same as head, it's probably wise to also wear a harness and keep the collar on just for the tag id.
