Collection: In between stage collar

I am often asked to make a collar in between puppy stage size neck to adult.  

This collar starts at 13", 14", 15", 16"

Plain coloured biothane 25 mm width.  Comes with a biohtane sleeve to pop excess length in so it does not flap.
